Manufacturing Defect Protection

• During the active warranty period, your equipment is fully protected against standard manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a covered defect under normal operating conditions, our technical support team provides direct repair or replacement assistance to minimize project downtime.

Coverage Exclusions

• Coverage strictly applies to factory defect protection and does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidental drop or impact damage, unauthorized physical modifications, or damage caused by exceeding environmental design limits.
